Site Statistics
In general, alligator.com automatically gathers certain usage information like the numbers and frequency of visitors to alligator.com and its areas, very much like television ratings that tell the networks how many people tuned in to a program. This collective data helps us determine how much our customers use parts of the site, so we can improve our site to assure that it is as appealing as we can make it for as many of you as possible. The alligator.com Order Catalog form requires users to give us contact information (like their name and email address). We use customer contact information from the registration form to send the user the current Alligator Mail Order Catalog. Online Order Forms
alligator.com uses order forms for customers to order merchandise. We collect visitor's contact information (like their email address) and financial information (like their account or credit card numbers). Contact information from the order form is used to fulfill the orders. Users may opt-out of receiving future mailings; see the choice/opt-out section below. Financial information that is collected is used to bill the user for products and services. The Credit Card information is not stored on the alligator.com website.

Message boards, chats, postings, conferences, and other communications by users are not endorsed by Alligator Records and such communications shall not be considered reviewed, screened or approved by Alligator Records.
