SEVEN ALLIGATOR RECORDS ARTISTS RECEIVE TWELVE 2019 LIVING BLUES AWARD NOMINATIONS

Bitten By The Blues: The Alligator Records Story
 
Living Blues magazine has announced the nominees for the 2019 Living Blues Readers' Awards. Seven Alligator Records artists received a total of 12 nominations. Shemekia Copeland received four nominations; Marcia Ball received three; Tinsley Ellis, Tommy Castro, Billy Branch, Lil' Ed & The Blues Imperials and The Nick Moss Band Featuring Dennis Gruenling each received one. Additionally, Alligator president Bruce Iglauer and co-author Patrick A. Roberts received a nomination for their book, Bitten By The Blues: The Alligator Records Story.

The public -- Living Blues subscribers and non-subscribers alike -- can vote at www.livingblues.com by July 15, 2019.

Winners will be announced in August.
