The album begins with four solo tracks from 1986, including "Professor Longhair Boogie," "You Ain’t Such a Much," "Sick and Tired," and "Stack-A-Lee," highlighting his boogie-woogie and barrelhouse piano skills. Later tracks feature performances from 1995 with big-band arrangements, such as "Makin’ Whoopie" and "Let The Good Times Roll," and continue through to 2012, covering a wide range of his repertoire and collaborations with other musicians 

The collection spans 14 tracks in total, offering a curated journey through Dr. John’s live artistry over 26 years, reflecting his mastery of funk, blues, jazz, boogie-woogie, rock, and pop. It has been restored and mastered to highlight the nuances of his live performances
